One of our favorite things about Fripp is that you’ll find year-round fun by the sea! The South Carolina Coast is an excellent place for all kinds of outdoor fun, but it is primarily known for its exceptional fishing.
Surf Fishing
For the most part, any spot along the shoreline should give you access to various species of fish. Many avid anglers like to set up at the southern tip of the island along Skull Inlet. Regardless of where you set up, the surf fishing on Fripp promises a great time. So, feel free to choose an open area, set up your surf rods, and cast your line!
Pro-tip: Keep in mind that you may need to recast between low tide and high tide, so be sure to check the tides before you head out.
