Your Fripp Island Resort Rental
What is the Check-out Procedure?
You will receive a text message the day of check-out. Just reply to the message to complete check-out automatically.
Prior to check-out, guests are responsible for:
- Emptying the refrigerator.
- Removing all food, beverages, and placing trash in the outside receptacle provided.
- Washing all dishes or putting all dishes in the dishwasher with detergent and starting the dishwasher.
How do we access our rental?
Fripp Island Resort no longer requires you to check-in at Guest Services to obtain your check-in packet and unit keys. When you arrive at Fripp, just show your driver's license at the security gate and you will be given your car pass for the length of your stay. Not having to check-in means more beach time (or golf time, or pool time or…well, you get the idea) and we think that is a beautiful thing!
We are now using a Point Central touchscreen system for both deadbolts and lever locks, which will allow you to head straight to your vacation rental. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a PIN code via email that you will use to access your unit. It’s a good idea to print this email and bring it with you. Your check-in packet and Club guest cards will be waiting for you inside your vacation rental.
What household supplies come with our rental?
Our rentals come with a starter set of bathroom tissue, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, hand soap, and shampoo.
Where do I pick up my golf cart?
Many of our rental homes include a golf cart rental! This means less stress and fewer obstacles between you and your Fripp vacation! If your rental home included a golf cart or you rented one (or more), just take your guest card down to Fripp Island Carts at 203 Tarpon Blvd to pick it up after you check-in. You can call Fripp Island Carts at 843-838-1632 or check their hours of operation.
What do we do if we arrive at Fripp Island too early to check-in?
If you arrive early, you can contact Guest Services and they can have your check-in packet with guest cards ready for you at the Guest Services office. Once you have your cards, you can begin to enjoy island amenities, until you are able to check-in.
Is there a grocery store on Fripp Island?
Yes, Springtide Market is a convenience store at the front of the Island. The market stocks milk, bread, eggs, basic groceries, as well as Spirits, Beer, and Wine. You can also pick up essentials at the Marina Store, located at 875 Bonito Rd.
Is Fripp Island Resort pet-friendly?
