Welcome to Change of Venue. Enjoy the beautiful marsh views that are breathtaking at sunset from the screened in porch. This is a fun house for families with a detached garage turned game room with an additional fridge and TV, a large backyard for playing and tons of parking for the entire family. Use a golf cart for a short 1 minute ride to the park and a 4 minute ride to the pools and beach.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

This house is amazing!!! So well equipped that all you need to bring are your clothes. The beds are super comfortable. The house has 2 living spaces so the kids can watch or play games in a different room from the adults, or they can go out to the garage area that has a great ping pong table and a space to hang out. The kitchen has everything that you would need and there is even an extra refrigerator in the garage. The screened in porch was a perfect place to sit and play cards in the evening and to drink coffee and watch the deer in the morning. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Something for everyone!
Spent the weekend at this house and it really has something for everyone! Very updated with nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Two cozy living areas (the sunroom was my fave- comfy, bright, and relaxing) and two dining areas plus a garage living room for games and teen escape. Two fridges and an outdoor ice freezer. Parking for lots of cars too helped with teens who wanted their own cars. And the outdoor spaces Wow. Screened porch and outdoor deck plus a huge backyard for play fun. Best of all, beds slept great and nice pillows too! Really a great escape & we recommend for sure! It checks all the boxes!

Vacation Heaven
We had the BEST time at Fiddlers Ridge!! The house was perfect for us and our 3 kids plus friends! The master is a great, big bed and so comfortable. The kid bunk room was perfect for all the kids to crash in, plus another room for more privacy. I loved having two living rooms so we could spread out. The porch was amazing for having my coffee in the morning and enjoying the peaceful backyard. I can’t say enough about the garage fun… We had ping-pong tournaments and cornhole tournaments, plus the big tv and comfy couches. Give yourself a treat and rent this gem!!
