778 Marlin is a gorgeous house located right across the street from the beach and offers ocean views from the front of the house and golf course views from the back of the house. This house is equipped with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates up to 18 people and is perfect for your Fripp Island getaway.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
Also included with your rental are up to 18 guest cards, with a value of up to $900. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Great layout. Plenty of room for our 9 females. Furniture & bathrooms outdated. Could not get tv to work. Not one clothes hanger in any of the closets. Wine cooler was not available to renters so should not be included in details. Would have expected placemats to cover glass dining table. Garage doors are not locked which we did not realize. Anyone could have entered the house through the garage. We will be back at Fripp but will look for a different house.

Property was ideal for a family reunion. Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Living room and kitchen ideal for gathering. Chairs on porches nice. Short walk to the sandy beach. Having a 4-person golf cart to use was great! Overall great experience for our family.

This house is beautiful and a perfect accommodation for our 12 person family (10 adults 2 children). The family room and kitchen is large -everyone can be together without feeling like we’re on top of each other. Also there are two front porches and a back screened in porch. It’s literally across the street from the beach and steps away from a clean and safe boardwalk. We loved it here!
