The Sandcastle has spectacular porches from every bedroom, kitchen, den, the living room, overlooking the ocean in the front and golf course in the back. The porch swings upstairs are delightful. The well supplied kitchen is ideal for cooking for all of your guests! There is plenty of comfortable seating around the big screen TV in the upstairs den as well as the living room downstairs. The house has 4 bedrooms downstairs; master is upstairs with the kitchen, dining room and den.

Bedroom 1 Master Suite Yes, it is just that, very private, covers one side of the upstairs with a private porch out the front, and access to the large screened porch out the back. The Master Suite has a King Sized Bed, and the master bath includes a jetted tub, and extraordinary shower, with multiples heads!

This house also features a beautiful split staircase, from the downstairs living room. There is plenty of room to entertain or get away. This is truly a one of a kind family home to make your vacation memories!

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities, as well as taking a ride to the Food Court after dinner for some ice cream!

Also included with your rental are up to 14 guest cards, with a value of up to $700. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

This owner has provided beach chairs that are hanging in the garage. Please replace when finished using! There are also a number of bikes for guest use.
