This very private neighborhood set among the moss-covered oaks offers all the beauty and tranquility you desire with panoramic views of the marsh, Old House Creek, and Fripp Inlet from every room except the front bedroom.
Open floor plan with large kitchen, dining, and living area with 55-inch tv offering cable and streaming service. Take in the same views from the large back deck or in the separate Carolina Room furnished with a cozy seating area, a large TV, and a variety of games, puzzles, and books for the entire family to enjoy. Two of the bedrooms also have smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming services.
Outside there is a large grill, outdoor shower, separate fish cleaning area, and some beach toys provided by the owner. This home offers easy access to all the activities on Fripp with just a 5-minute golf cart ride.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
