474 Tarpon is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath, oceanfront, 24/7 beach home and is new to Fripp Island Resort's Rental Program! There is a 60" TV in Living Room, and TV's in all bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom with 2 queen beds has a 55" TV. This house has just been renovated and has all new paint, carpeting and furniture. This six bedroom house is set up with two bedrooms with a bath between on one side of the house, two bedrooms with a bath between on the other side, and two bedrooms with a bath between on the lower level. There is a spacious foyer when you enter the house, a great place to take off flip flops and empty beach bags before going upstairs. The laundry room has it's own entrance just to the left of the main entrance. An ideal place to put wet beach/pool towels to have ready for the next day! Beautiful beach/ocean view from the living room and screened in porch, a deck that goes directly to the beach with a shower to rinse off before going inside. This house is set up beautifully and will be enjoyed by anyone visiting.

Location and view is awesome. Kitchen and baths need attention. Needs a thorough cleaning since it was extremely dirty. Outside the house is filled with trash. I rented this because it had a silver status. It needs to be lowered to bronze. It has so much potential. The house layout is great. Parking is good. The outdoor shower is terrible. I will not rent this again. We have enjoyed our stay. The island is awesome!!!!
