This four bedroom, three and 1/2 bath home is perfect for any family, as it comfortably accommodates up to 11 people. 378 Blue Gill is right off of Bonito Road, so you're close to all the amenities, but is set back far enough to feel like a peaceful retreat.
This comfortable home features an open floor plan on the first floor, with a large kitchen, dining area, and a beautiful open deck off the back. The modern coastal decor inspires comfort and relaxation. With plenty of seating both inside and out, you can enjoy a scenic view of the marsh from the screened-in porch or read a book in one of the cozy window seats. Upstairs you'll find all of the bedrooms. Each bedroom features a television, and both the master and queen room have en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The second queen room and bunk room share a bathroom off the hall. The full-size laundry room is also upstairs.
Also included in your rental are up to 11 guest cards with a value of up to $550. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate pets. There is no smoking in any of Fripp Island Resort Rentals. Please ask us about Golf Packages for Monthly Rentals!
