Pelican Point, a lovely two story home, is located on the northern point of Fripp Island. This rental features a stunning widow?s walk with a view that will take your breath away. It?s the perfect spot to observe the brown pelicans gathering above the house before cruising in formation southward. You can follow their journey down the beach or across the lagoon and golf course. In addition to the two large outdoor decks, there?s also an outside shower for easy beach cleanup, cable TV, and high speed wireless internet. Pelican Point comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and offers stunning sunrises.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities, or go for a ride to the Food Court for ice cream after dinner!
Also included with your rental are up to 10 guest cards, with a value of up to $500. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
