Mere steps from the ocean, Sunset Villa offers the best views you can find right in the heart of Fripp Island. With a backyard oasis including a screened-in patio, private pool and fire pit in between, you'll be sure to appreciate this villa more with each visit!
Sunset Villa is a lovely, 1-1/2 story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. This mainly single-level home is ideal for families with young kids and grandparents who would prefer to avoid the typical stairways found on most other homes on Fripp.
Just a short stroll or golf cart ride to the Atlantic Ocean, Beach Club, Food Court, Olympic-size or adult pools, this four-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for guests who want all the luxuries of home in a resort environment. Features include professional-grade kitchen appliances, granite counter tops throughout, a walk-in shower in the huge upstairs master bedroom en suite, a large screened-in back porch, Weber gas grill, separate charcoal grill, high-speed wireless internet, Ultimate Direct TV service, Keurig coffee system and an Amazon Echo Show for your personal entertainment. Traveling with little ones? No need to worry... the house is equipped with a pack and play, high chair, play pen, beach toys and even an infant beach tent. The garage has recently been turned into a game room with a regulation-size ping pong table and kid-size Foosball table.
At Sunset Villa, we want to make sure you have just as much fun inside as you do outside. So, we've provided an ample supply of games for adults and kids of all ages. Whether you're in the mood to relax with a hand of cards out on the covered patio, or a challenging round of ping pong out in the game room, or the kids want to play puzzles and board games in the mini playroom, everybody has a place to spread out and enjoy themselves.
This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and offers stunning porch views of the marsh sunset across the street, as well as daily sightings of deer grazing on the front and back lawn.
A four seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals).
Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards, with a value of up to $600. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
There is a fence around the pool, and a child proof cover can be put on for those who may not want access to the pool.
We are a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE house.
