Location, location, location
Even being a one bedroom, this is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. It's definitely a one bedroom, but large enough for a family with small kids. The back porch has plenty of space for all your beach gear too.

139 John Fripp Villa
First of all let me say we love Fripp we have lived in Beaufort for 40 years and rent from Fripp often. This time was not a good experience. Lack of communication on your part we had no internet or tv for are whole stay I reported it when we got there and they sent someone over on Sunday and said they could not fix it that guess service would call us so on Monday after no call I called again said a technician would be out today. It was my husbands birthday weekend so Monday was a wasted day waiting and no one showed again . All we wanted to do is watch USA play soccer on his birthday. And couldn’t! It is only 8 am and we are on our way home no I’m sorry no late check out offered nothing bittersweet!! 😢karen OHara

Dog friendly but too hot!
Unit is great for 2 people and a dog. Not updated but the bronze rating reflects that. Only complaint is the AC is set to go no lower than 72 and it gets warm, especially at night. Also, the place is damp which might also be helped by a slightly lower temp on the AC.
