This home is in the Sandown Community and offers 2 master bedrooms, a guest room, 3 baths, and ample outdoor deck space. Open and airy, beautifully furnished, including a 65" TV in the living room with soundbar and includes Netflix and Prime. The views across the 10th and 18th holes of the Ocean Point Golf Course to the Atlantic Ocean are spectacular. Private pool for Sandown only.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Best Vacation Ever
This was by far one of the best vacations I have ever had!! It is a private island, literally!! The landscape is phenomenal!! The front and back porch views from our unit were gorgeous and breathtaking! And very, very peaceful and quiet!!! We saw alligators and dolphins from the porch, and everywhere you looked there were families of deer on the island! The unit that we stayed in was immaculate and fully stocked with all of the amenities you look for when on vacation!! A 4-seater golf cart came with the rental. There was live music at the poolside, a two-minute boardwalk to the beach, and restaurants with good food!! I am looking forward to going back there again next year!!!

My family just spent 9 days in this Condo. This was by far the BEST vacation we have ever taken. The condo is laid out very well and is very spacious. All the bedrooms and baths are nice, but the master suite is fabulous. The view from the back porch and upstairs bedroom is beautiful. The kitchen is very equipped with anything and everything you would need for cooking and entertaining. The private pool is just steps away from the condo. We went every afternoon and were the only people in the pool. My 16 month old grandson loved the back porch and the pool. We saw lots of wildlife while there. Of course the deer, but we also saw dolphins and stingrays while on the beach. If you have never vacationed on Fripp Island, you need too!!! If you need a well-equipped, spacious, clean place to stay with beautiful views, I highy recommend this condo!!! You will not be disappointed!!! We look forward to staying here again and making many more memories with our family!!!

Dreamy location; wonderful accommodations
The ocean view from the back deck is absolutely unparalleled. This place has everything you could ever want or need. Comfy beds, cozy furnishings, etc. The owners have thought of everything!

Right on the Golf Course
My family and I vacationed here recently and had a great time! Not only is it in a great location, the home itself is well equipped and clean. Everything went smoothly! They have a grill and a fully stocked kitchen, along with beach chairs and such for guests to use. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck watching birds and the couple of alligators that live in the water out back. As always, the golf courses were fantastic as well!

Wonderful Location
My family and I have visited this property multiple times now because we love it so much! It has awesome views of the golf course and ocean from the back porch, and on the front porch you have a nice view of more golf course. Both porches are great for gathering with friends and family. The house is laid out nicely, and I really like how the owners have made great use of the space with large beds in each room. They recently upgraded the kitchen, too! Another thing I love, especially with have two young kids, is how this community has its own small private pool attached to it. It’s always clean and well-equipped with linens, and I look forward to making more memories there with my family!
