112 Sandpiper is a lovely two-story home located in the north end of Fripp Island. It accommodates up to 9 people and offers wireless internet, TVs in every bedroom, including DVD, and a piano for those who play! This three-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in sitting on the deck taking in the stunning view of the ocean, or relaxing at the beach. Arrive home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the grill for a delicious meal. A short golf cart ride will get you to the Beach Club, tennis courts, pools, and more.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals.) Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It's a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island, or take a ride to the Food Court for ice cream after dinner!
Guest cards are required to enjoy any of the amenities at Fripp and this house provides as many as 9 cards, with a value of up to $450. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate pets.

Light, light, light! I LOVE the natural light this house receives. And it's situated perfectly: not too far from everything but far enough away to feel like its own private sanctuary.

We stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. This house was well suited for 3 adults and 2 kids. It had plenty of cookware, etc to make the big meal. The house it in a great location and had everything we needed. It’s well laid out. We have been vacationing on Fripp abut 2x per year for about the last 6 years. This house so far is one of our favorites.
