Newly renovated kitchen with up-to-date countertops and cabinets. Well equipped with what you need to make your favorite meals. The deck has a gas grill, along with a table and 4 chairs, where you no doubt will enjoy taking in the fresh ocean air and sights. This villa has 4 TVs with a DVR in the living room, WiFi, and Comcast Cable.
This condo is located in the center of it all. Just a short walk to the beach, Adult Pool, Sand Bar, Olympic Pool, Food Court, and Tennis. Enjoy a trip to the Activity Center to meet some of South Carolina's wildlife, enroll your children in Camp Fripp for the afternoon, or sign up for many excursions they have to offer. Deer are abundant on the island and it's a joy to see them almost everywhere you go.

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! We met our grown daughter here for Thanksgiving and enjoyed relaxing, reading & walking on the beach and shopping in Beaufort. Unit was very clean, up-to-date and well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!
