Just a short walk to the Ocean Point Grill and Ocean Point Golf Course; this one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities. Features include a deck off the living room and a private pool area. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and offers stunning porch views of the ocean.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

This is our second year in this little house. I just love the views and the private little pool. It is a nice area as it’s much quieter than some other places on the island. But it does need a good cleaning and updating of chair and stool coverings and carpeting. Also the jacuzzi tub needs replacing as it’s not safe getting in and out especially for older renters as ourselves. As said before by other renters, if it was brought up to date it would warrant the rental amount paid. We want to go back next year for another visit, but possibly look at other rentals. Fripp island is a beautiful place and I enjoy every minute there!

Stayed 5 nights. The 2nd night the AC unit downstairs stopped working and started leaking water onto the counter top. Maintenance was called out the next day and “fixed” the issue. Water still leaked out the rest of the stay. Upstairs AC will not get below 72 and was very warm. As the rest of the reviews state, property does need TLC. Rental prices does not match, in my opinion, the state of the property. Views were nice and very quiet on that side of the island.

We were there the middle of August this year. Weather was awesome even the thunder storms!! Really enjoyed the ocean view and accessibility to the private pool. It was our first trip there and we'll be coming back. The island and surrounding places were beautiful to visit. The house does need a little upgrading in general. It would be nice just to have a walk in shower so you didn't have to step into the older jacuzzi tub, a little unsafe for older people. Other than that a nice little house for two people. Nice Location! cannot beat the view and the pool right in the back yard.
The house has potential but needs some updating. It was fine for our needs as we did not spend much time there but there is a moldy musty smell, mold growth esp. in the filter for the upstairs jetted tub. Its not horrible at all just could use a touch of some TLC and it would be more in line with the cost to rent. Just know there is no wifi and not much of a cell signal here

Wonderful 4th of July trip!! Location was perfect with great days at the beach and afternoons at the pool. Great for dinner prep time and restock of a cooler. Trip could not have been better.
