607 Newhaven is a lovely two-story, second-floor condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. Just steps away from the pool, golf course, and beach at low tide.

The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with two new granite sinks. Enjoy breathtaking views from the large primary bedroom window. The guest bedroom is also upstairs and has a King and Twin bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The kid's room downstairs has two twin beds. All rooms include smart TVs with Cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining area has a great view of the Ocean Point Golf Course across the road. The living room features a large smart TV. Relax outside on the furnished deck with an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean!

The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard, complete with a grilling area. Directly across from unit is Ocean Point Golf Course, Ocean Point Grill for a bite to eat, and the pool. Newhaven is an oceanfront community and has a wonderful gazebo and sundecks. Reserved garage parking for one vehicle with additional guest parking available. Convenient to all island amenities, beaches, and marina.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
