Centrally located on Fripp Island, adjacent to the Beach Club and Sandbar, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is the perfect place to enjoy the best Fripp Island has to offer! Just a short walk away is the beach and just steps to the left of your back deck is the pool for villa guests and members. Take your pick! This villa has recently been refurbished w/new beds, furniture, furnishings, appliances, etc. This property will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean from the deck and a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 full beds. Both bedrooms have Streaming Roku TV's and Hargray cable live television. Multiple usb charger connections! These two bedrooms share a fully tiled custom bathroom with quartz countertop. Downstairs has a L-Z Boy queen-aero bed sleeper sofa as well as a full tiled bath with marble countertops, a streaming Roku TV, DVD and VCR and Hargray high speed internet and cable. Crisp air conditioning and heat throughout the home.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
