Enjoy the best of both worlds in this 3BR/2.5BA home with an ocean view from the front and a golf/lagoon from the back. Located on the putting green and first tee of Ocean Point Golf Links, you can watch the golfers from the screened-in porch or just enjoy the view of the lagoon—only a short walk to the pool, beach access, and Ocean Point Grille. Being the first house in the subdivision, it affords a private yard with no neighbors.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed with a pillow topper, TV, and French doors to the screened-in porch. The primary bath has a double vanity with a walk-in shower. There's plenty of room for dressing and hanging up clothes in this area. Upstairs to the left is another queen-size bed with a pillow topper, TV, and shared full bath with the two twin beds, with pillow toppers and a TV, in the room to the right.
This adorable house is nicely furnished, decorated and has everything needed for a great vacation.
Your rental includes a four-seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island BItes for some ice cream!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Loved the house steps away from a pool and beach access during low tide. This is a golfers paradise. Steps away from 1 of the 2 golf courses on island. Owners accommodated my needs and provided great insights for things and places to go. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

We were very disappointed in the condition and amenities in the house. From kitchen utensils to dirty bedspreads (we washed) and carpets to glass doors and windows being dirty. For the weekly price Inwould expect beach accessories and there were none. There were no kitchen dishcloths and only 1 dish towel and the “starter” things were minimal at best. We will be renting thru VRBO going forward. The island is beautiful and we will be back next year. Reservations already made.
