A new boardwalk out to the beach is just steps away. The Lone Palm is an end unit with lots of windows and new furnishings with the comfort of the guests in mind. Features include a newly expanded patio with a sun protection cover, perfect for those who want to enjoy the outdoors without getting too much sun. This first-floor unit has a large living room with new furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove, and a laundry area with a new washer and new dryer. Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. We stayed in this villa March 27th - March 31st. Excellent customer service and wonderful accommodations. Could not believe how well the villa was stocked. I was told just to bring food and towels. That was all we needed. We plan to stay longer when we return.
