Water Aerobics

A low-impact but high intensity class designed to improve aerobic capacity, strength & range of motion. Water class is great for anyone that has had previous injuries, back or knee issues, and/or needs a low-impact style class. Each season will have a warm-up done in shallow end of pool, strength component to work the upper & lower body, and cool-down to increase flexibility. This class is great for all ages & fitness levels. Located at the Olympic Pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6PM. One-hour class session.
$10/Members, $15 for Guests
*Must present club or guest cards to participate in all Fit on Fripp programs.
**Walk-ins only, no advance registration. Early arrival recommended as space may be limited depending on location. Cash/Credit card/Member charges are all acceptable forms of payment.
