Join us once again for the Fripp Island Men’s Member/Guest Golf Tournament!

The format for this year’s Member/Guest Tournament will be the traditional Round Robin Team Match Play Tournament. The field will be broken down into 10 flights.

Each team will play five 9-hole matches, one match against each team in the flight. We will play three matches on Friday, and two matches on Saturday.

The flight winners on Saturday will move on to a sudden death elimination shootout immediately following the fifth match.

The winner of the shootout will be the 2024 Fripp Island Men’s Member/Guest Champions!

All guests must have an approved USGA handicap index approved by their golf professional.

All guests will receive 80% of their handicap index. The rules committee will have discretion over the indexes of guests. We will be using the April 10th handicap index revision for all golfers.

Schedule of Events:

Thursday, All Day – Practice Rounds, followed by a welcome party at Cabana Club from 5-8 pm for the competitors with cocktails, LowCountry Dinner.

Friday, 8:30am – Three nine-hole matches at Ocean Point with lunch provided. Ladies’ golf day at Ocean Creek starting at 9:36am.

Saturday, 8:30am – Two nine-hole matches at Ocean Creek with lunch provided, followed by playoffs for flight champions. There will be an alternate game for the teams in each flight with the most points from Saturday that did not place 1st or 2nd.

Saturday, 6pm – Cocktail hour at The Beach Club begins at 6 pm, followed by dinner and entertainment. Dress code is Country Club Casual.
