This newly built, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence boasts expansive views reaching towards Hilton Head Island from its impressive second and third-story ocean-facing porches. Just a short stroll from the direct path to the sandy shores, luxury meets convenience. On the main level, the master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub for added indulgence. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The left upstairs bedroom offers a king bed with a master ensuite bathroom, mirroring the luxury of the freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the right, both bedrooms feature two queen beds with ensuites showcasing walk-in showers and decks with ocean views.

Dream vacation
We were moved to this home after a technical issue with the one we rented. It was a dream come true! Gorgeous, ocean front views each morning, and beach access from the balcony. My husband loved the kitchen, my son loved the 72" tv. I loved the upstairs sitting room with a view of the ocean and balcony access. Wonderful place for large family. The only flaw was that it was so nice I was scared to death we would break something lol! The Fripp Island team worked hard to give us a wonderful vacation!!
