527 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services. This 2nd floor, poolside studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach. It is recently renovated with beautiful decorations throughout the whole unit including a walk-in shower, open floor plan, new kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, convection microwave oven, flat screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa.
This unit is pet-friendly with a $125 pet fee, so bring your four-legged kid with you to enjoy a game of fetch on the beach! Daily rentals are open year-round and it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards, a value of up to $200! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Had such a great time! Fripp Island is truly beautiful. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything provided including hair drier and iron with ironing board. The only issue I had was finding Sun Suites. The GPS on the Fripp app took us some place else on the island. Needed better directions and the parking wasn't real clear. Other than that we had a great time.

Fripp Island is my family's favorite place to vacation. My husband and I love the Sunsuites when it's just the two of us. We have stayed in several and 527 is our favorite by far. The decor is bright and modern, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchen is organized enough to be perfectly functional for cooking meals. My only complaint is that the shower, while beautiful, didn't get hot enough for my taste (the water was much hotter from the sinks.) Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back and next time we'll bring our fur-child. :)

Review
We always enjoy coming to Fripp for a few days and the Sunsuites make it affordable. This unit 527 is on the pool side, upper level. It is decorated very nice and modern with a beach theme. I would have given 5 stars if only the queen size platform bed had been more comfortable. The mattress is VERY firm and did not sleep well for me at all. Some folks may like that and it might not be an issue. Nice bathroom. Lots of nice storage nooks in bathroom and under bed.
