When you visit the Lowcountry, spending some time on the water is a must, and the best way to do so is aboard a Carolina Skiff! Our 17, 19, and 21-foot boat rentals are ideal for fishing and exploring the backwaters of Fripp Island on your own. We offer boat rentals at half-day or full-day rates.
*Reservations are required with 24 hour notice. All rentals are equipped with a map and a radio for safety.
There is nothing more relaxing than paddling through the calm waters of Fripp Island with your family. Whether you’re an expert or a newbie, kayaking is one of the best ways to explore the gentle waterways. We offer single and tandem kayaks for the whole family to enjoy on self-guided paddles or guided eco-tours led by our Activity Center’s naturalist.
An excursion on the Fripper II is the perfect way to enjoy the waterways and wildlife surrounding our slice of the South Carolina coast. Hop aboard this 40-foot pontoon boat to take in the views with any of our fascinating nature cruises (offered seasonally), or book the Fripper II for a two or three-hour private party to celebrate your next special occasion! Fishing tours are also available and include rods, reels, bait, and tackle. We require 24-48 hours notice for any private cruises.
