Sunny Side is a beautiful two story home with amazing ocean views! What better way to spend your vacation than by having the beach right in your backyard, watching the sunrise each morning. This six bedroom, six and a half bath gorgeous home is perfect for family that are interested in spending quality dinner time around the dining table making memories and enjoying each other's company. Sunny Side's features include a large open kitchen with two dishwashers, two and a half fridges in the house, three ice-makers, a media room with sleeper sofa, and oceanfront views that will take your breath away! It comfortably accommodates up to 22 people.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities. The owners have also added a 50 Amp outlet in the garage for charging electric cars.

Also included with your rental are up to 22 guest cards, with a value of up to $1,100. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Review

Nice house. Nice weather. We had planned on using the gas grill, hooked up to propane, and could not get the burners to light. Thank you for having a back up Weber Grill which we used with charcoal.
