717 Pompano is an exquisite three-story home located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the beach, adult pool, and Beach Club; this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities.
Features include an inverted floor plan with a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, an outdoor shower in the garage for easy beach cleanup, a two-car garage, a gourmet kitchen with two refrigerators, WIFI, and a gas grill. This house comfortably accommodates up to 13 people and offers stunning ocean views from the upper-level living room and kitchen porch.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 13 guest cards, a value of up to $650! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Just leaving from a great vacation with our big family on Fripp Island! It’s our first time visiting this amazing place! And this house was perfect for our group… enough sleeping spaces and plenty of gathering spots to eat, play games or spread out when needed. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and the two refrigerators were a nice bonus. We loved the location and being able to see the ocean from the balcony. Our grandkids and adults had a fabulous time and will definitely return to Fripp Island!

Great house for a big group, quiet bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen with cookware, shady porches, and thoughtful details like fans in every room. We loved it!

Great potential but needs attention!
This house has so much potential with four bedrooms, plenty of seating areas, and several porches. It’s a quick walk to the beach and is centrally located on the island. It is desperately in need of some upkeep, however. The porch furniture is old, very dirty and some of it is broken, the hot tub doesn’t work, and several lightbulbs are out. The placemats and seat cushions are stained and dirty. The kitchen is stocked with old (and dirty) cookware and dishes. The refrigerator is nice, but the dishwasher is less than satisfactory and the drip coffee maker doesn’t work. Most of the cabinets have old spices, oils and food in them. There wasn’t one empty cabinet to put our food in. Every drawer is jammed with junk and even the master bedroom closet and drawers have clothes in them. It felt as though we were living in someone’s stocked house, not a rental property. The WiFi in the house is very weak and we weren’t able to stream shows or movies. Again, the location is great and this house has tremendous potential, but it needs work!
