This Ocean Front home has the best front row seat to every sunrise, sunset, an abundance of stars at night. With a panoramic view of the ocean from almost every window in the house, you will surely be delighted! Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac, with a very short walk to the Ocean Point Pool, Ocean Point Golf Course, Pro Shop, Driving Range & Ocean Point Grille. At low tide, you can take a short walk towards the Ocean Point Pool and take the beach access to enjoy all the ocean has to offer.
Features an open deck upstairs, an outdoor shower and 2 car garage, with 2 extra spaces in the driveway. This house features 6 large bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The top floor has 5 of the bedrooms, with 1 king, 3 queens and 2 twin beds in the kid's bedroom. The master is on the main floor and has a king bed and French doors leading to the fully furnished deck. 3 smart TVs with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Standalone drink fridge in the kitchen. Large open living room and dining room with a breathtaking ocean view.
The View:
This Ocean Point Lane home is backed up directly to the ocean, with the large French doors offering a 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom. All 3 main bedrooms upstairs have the same view, allowing you to wake up to the sound of waves, then walk out on the deck and have your morning cup of coffee. Ahhhh. Truly one of the best views on the island.
Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Please read as there are a few recommendations for the home:
1. Please make sure the fridge door is closed after opening. It takes a bit of force to close.
2. To open the garage, come in the house first and press the middle of the up and down button on the garage opener. Please close it from the inside as well. You can come in through the back or from upstairs.
3. The right side of the garage is lower to the ground so if you have a tall car park in the left side.
4. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS YARD ACROSS THE STREET. If you have too many cars to fit in the garage and driveway, park at the golf course as it is only a 2-minute walk from the home! (Get a pass to park at the golf course in the pro shop)
5. Make sure to keep trash enclosure closed after depositing trash.
6. Please do not unplug the sprinkler system in garage :)

Could be 5 stars with some updates and maintenance
Fantastic view, good size bedrooms and bathrooms, very nice layout overall of the home. Kitchen had plenty of cupboards, counterspace and room to have several people in there preparing meals. What was very disappointing was the overall appearance and maintenance of the home inside (furniture, appliances, screen doors, and a bit of a palmetto bug problem). The living room couches were both very stained and dirty. It made us uncomfortable sitting on them. All of the dining room chair cushions were full of stains and some were not actually attached to the chairs. The outdoor dining table and chair set was missing most of the paint and all chair cushions were also stained. One of the beds upstairs was not usable to us as it is broken (this should be visible to anyone that changes the sheets). One of the bathrooms upstairs had a drain that was completely clogged and the bathroom downstairs had a faucet that we could not turn on (this we called maintenance for and was immediately taken care of). While we understand palmetto bugs are common in the south, we have yet to experience the amount we saw this year in this home (we have rented 4 homes before this at the same time of year and have not had any issues). There is an additional beverage refrigerator in the kitchen which in theory is very useful, but we had to stuff cardboard underneath it as it does not sit level and could not be opened if we did not prop up. Not all of the screen doors to the back deck are functionable so we had to limit our use to the one that did open and close properly. We love Fripp and will continue to vacation there as the resort itself is beautiful and all of the staff we have come in contact with is incredibly helpful, very accommodating and quick to respond if need be. This home just looked tired and over-used inside. It wouldn't take much to change that and make it look more like the million dollar home it truly is.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and had a beautiful view of the beach. The one problem is that there’s no backyard access to the beach so we had to use the neighbors ramp but other than that no complaints!!
