Centrally located, this 3rd floor, two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Club Villa sleeps 6, including the queen-size sleeper sofa, and is just a short walk to Fripp's beautiful beach. Nearby, you will find the Beach Club, Food Court, Tennis, Adult Pool, Olympic Pool, and much more.
168 Beach Club Villa has great views of the marsh and canal from the private screened-in porch, and master bedroom. This villa has been completely remodeled with new flooring, paint, fixtures, counters, and furnishings. With one of the best floor plans offered, the open living, dining, and kitchen area are great for socializing.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
Unfortunately, this home does not accommodate pets.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
Also included with your rental are up to 6 guest cards, with a value of up to $300. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Fantastic stay!!
Home away from home! Minutes walk from the beach. The sunset view from the balcony was amazing. Slept very well on the king size bed. (black out curtains are a plus!) Can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend!

Fun for the whole family
Had a great time with my son. Riding the golf cart, riding bikes and walking through the nature trails. He loved all the animals on the island and in the rives. We fished off the boat and saw dolphins! Lot's of fun outdoor activities and a really comfortable place to stay and relax after a fun filled day. Already booked our next trip.
