The condo was fantastic and is absolutely stunning. The beds were all amazing unlike most condo rentals (not the pillows though so bring your pillows). The view and proximity to the beach was also fantastic. The king bedroom upstairs with the pullout couch is an open plan....there is a spiral staircase to get to it but no doors or walls. So it’s private(Ish) and you can hear everything going on downstairs. You will have 1 parking spot and a 1/2 spot for a golf cart rental but the parking lot is tiny so maneuvering around can be challenging during crowded times. During our stay in April 2020 the condo right next to this one was under major renovation and it was not quiet thankfully they never started up before 8:00 am. We left a day early to escape the construction noises (was too cold for the beach that day). We were not given a heads up on the construction potential so you may need to ask if you are worried that will bother you. Other than construction and pillows the place was fantastic.
