This Custom built, 4 bedroom, 3+ bath, home offers a spacious courtyard design with separate wings for sleeping quarters and family entertaining. The gourmet kitchen is the perfect spot for friends and family, with custom cabinets, granite tops, stainless appliances, 2 dishwashers, double oven, tiled backsplash and ice machine. The kitchen/dining area flows graciously into the family room with commanding marsh views. The spacious screened porch gives you a wonderful space for those outside evenings. Large rear deck for those outdoor cookout. The upstairs loft/balcony has a wet bar, and mini-fridge, which makes for a perfect gathering area. The First floor sleeping quarters offer two roomy guest bedrooms with a tremendous jack and Jill bath that includes a tiled shower and jetted tub. The second floor offers the third guest suite with private bath. The Master Suite sits marsh front with commanding views of the Fripp marsh, Skull Inlet, and the Atlantic. The Master also enjoys its own wet bar. The master bath enjoys double vanities, jetted tub with tiled surrounds, and a walk-in custom tiled shower. For easy clean up, this house provides 2 iRobots!
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
