The master bedroom has a king Sleep Number mattress (the bed frame was replaced in February of 2025). The queen bedroom also has a Sleep Number mattress for a customized great night's sleep. All bedrooms and the living room come equipped with large Roku TVs and high-speed wireless internet for streaming your favorite shows. Every room has its own mini-split AC unit providing you with maximum comfort according to your temperature preference (directions to help you use these units are on the pantry).

The master bedroom features a private en suite bathroom and large windows overlooking the marsh. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room provide a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The guest and double bedroom share a hallway bath. Gas grill on the back deck with a great view. Enjoy your large fully furnished screened in porch while looking out into the marsh. Step out onto the deck to get a closer view of the Harbor River allowing you the best chances of spotting some of the 175 species of birds that call Fripp Island home.

Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
