The second bedroom offers two XL twin beds, ensuring ample space for all guests. Each bedroom is accompanied by a private full bath for added convenience. The family room is also equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for entertaining or unwinding after a day of island exploration.

Nestled within the quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village, the Village of New Haven offers a beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with a grilling area, providing an inviting space for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
