The first floor includes four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, featuring a mix of one or two queen beds per room. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony where you can unwind while taking in breathtaking views of the beach and evening sky. At the front of the house, a cozy loft with two twin beds and a small deck overlooks the property, providing a charming retreat.

This home also offers fantastic amenities, including a pool table, an ocean-view sitting area, and a spacious deck-perfect for sunbathing, enjoying your morning coffee, or sipping an evening drink while listening to the tranquil sounds of the ocean. An outdoor shower is conveniently available for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
