This 2 story 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath oceanfront home sleeps 18 people. The large kitchen is a great gathering spot without being crowded. This house also features a pool table, ocean view sitting area, and a large deck to sunbathe, drink your morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off the sand before going into the house. For some quiet time, the master bedroom has access to a private balcony where you can take in the breathtaking sights of the beach or evening sky. There is WiFi, 2 charcoal grills, and 6 TVs. The pictures are a must see, as they tell it all about this house.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
