Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one room boasting a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two full-sized beds and a bunk bed.

The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying the wonders of Fripp Island's flora and fauna, with a large front yard and fenced backyard providing plenty of room to roam. This home is pet-friendly to small dogs only. *Note with gators in the water, it isn't safe to swim, boat or fish in Blue Heron Lake. There are plenty of other places on the island to do those activities.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
