The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and a newly renovated 2024 en suite bath with a walk-in shower and tub. The second floor has two bedrooms with king beds and en suite bathrooms, along with an office and sitting space. The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has three sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on the bottom of each (twins on top). This room is large and has an en suite bath, private deck, and an Xbox and Sony Play-station for entertainment. All bedrooms and living room have a Roku smart TV with your favorite streaming applications and high-speed wireless internet. This property is currently streaming only. The house has tasteful art pieces throughout and large windows in each bedroom overlooking the ocean. In the living room, the back wall has wide windows to allow for a great view of the ocean. Lovely hardwood floors throughout the home.

The View:

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms. It is truly one of the best views on the island. At low tide the beach is accessible just steps away from your back porch.

A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental (monthly rentals excluded). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
