There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.

A spacious king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a huge bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals and boasts extras like an additional mini fridge and water cooler-the comfy living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer numerous sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
