There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can also access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants with a short walk or golf cart ride. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths give you plenty of room to spread out.

To the right of the entry door, after the convenient half bath, a spacious king bedroom awaits. It has it's own deck entrance, as well as a huge bathroom. Also on the main level, the well stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals and boasts extras like an additional mini fridge and water cooler. The comfy living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms offer numerous sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twin. They are connected by a sizeable jack and jill bathroom.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
