This 2BR/2BA villa, located on the 3rd floor, has fabulous marsh/tidal creek and sunset views!

Many upgrades include bamboo flooring throughout the main living space, foyer, and bedrooms. The interior is painted in great beachy colors. New linens and window treatments tie all the soft colors together! There are all new furnishings in this lovely, comfortable villa. Showcasing great views, and is just across the street from the beach! Beach Club Villa owners have their own private community dock. This unit is equipped with a Filtrete Merv 13 ultra-allergen a/c filter, which filters out viruses.

Each of the two bedrooms has a Queen bed and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating 6 total people.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
