This Charleston-style row house is located in the popular Marina Village on Fripp Island. It has three bedrooms, all with TVs and balconies, three bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight guests. The home is less than a five-minute bike or golf cart ride from the beach. Amenities like the Marina pool, the Bonito Boathouse, The Paddlehsack, and the boat launch are just steps from the home.

This property was also featured on an HGTV beachfront show. The living room and primary bedroom have screened-in porches overlooking Old House Creek, the marsh, and beautiful sunsets. These porches provide an opportunity for guests to view dolphins and a variety of other wildlife! Balconies complement the other guest rooms with views of Fripp Island Marina and the pool. The primary bathroom includes a large jetted tub. The living room, boasting a 65" TV, kitchen, and dining are open for easy entertaining.

Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are also just a short distance from the island home. After a fun day at the beach enjoy your favorite beverage in the backyard while grilling dinner or play some games of foosball. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer!

Your rental includes a 4-seat golf cart (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
