The second downstairs bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with a jack and jill bathroom shared with the hallway, ensuring comfort and convenience. Upstairs, the third bedroom provides a haven with a queen and twin-sized beds, private ensuite bathroom, and panoramic views that add to the overall allure.

Enjoy the outdoors with ample deck space, starting with a private courtyard upon arrival '?" a lush retreat perfect for relaxation or al fresco dining with the convenience of a gas grill. A second deck off the living room beckons, offering sweeping views of the 10th and 18th holes of the Ocean Point Golf Course and the vastness of the Atlantic Ocean.

The living area seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining space, and a welcoming living room. The living room boasts a 65" TV with a soundbar, featuring streaming services like Netflix and Prime. For additional accommodation, a queen-sized sleeper sofa is available, ensuring that every guest experiences the utmost in comfort and entertainment.

This home is strategically located near the Fripp Island Resort amenities, including the Ocean Point Golf Links, Ocean Point Grill, and 24/7 beach access. Guests of 125 Ocean Point will also have exclusive access to the private Sandown Community pool!

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. This was by far one of the best vacations I have ever had!! It is a private island, literally!! The landscape is phenomenal!! The front and back porch views from our unit were gorgeous and breathtaking! And very, very peaceful and quiet!!! We saw alligators and dolphins from the porch, and everywhere you looked there were families of deer on the island! The unit that we stayed in was immaculate and fully stocked with all of the amenities you look for when on vacation!! A 4-seater golf cart came with the rental. There was live music at the poolside, a two-minute boardwalk to the beach, and restaurants with good food!! I am looking forward to going back there again next year!!!

The ocean view from the back deck is absolutely unparalleled. This place has everything you could ever want or need. Comfy beds, cozy furnishings, etc. The owners have thought of everything!

My family and I vacationed here recently and had a great time! Not only is it in a great location, the home itself is well equipped and clean. Everything went smoothly! They have a grill and a fully stocked kitchen, along with beach chairs and such for guests to use. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck watching birds and the couple of alligators that live in the water out back. As always, the golf courses were fantastic as well!

My family just spent 9 days in this Condo. This was by far the BEST vacation we have ever taken. The condo is laid out very well and is very spacious. All the bedrooms and baths are nice, but the master suite is fabulous. The view from the back porch and upstairs bedroom is beautiful. The kitchen is very equipped with anything and everything you would need for cooking and entertaining. The private pool is just steps away from the condo. We went every afternoon and were the only people in the pool. My 16 month old grandson loved the back porch and the pool. We saw lots of wildlife while there. Of course the deer, but we also saw dolphins and stingrays while on the beach. If you have never vacationed on Fripp Island, you need too!!! If you need a well-equipped, spacious, clean place to stay with beautiful views, I highy recommend this condo!!! You will not be disappointed!!! My family and I have visited this property multiple times now because we love it so much! It has awesome views of the golf course and ocean from the back porch, and on the front porch you have a nice view of more golf course. Both porches are great for gathering with friends and family. The house is laid out nicely, and I really like how the owners have made great use of the space with large beds in each room. They recently upgraded the kitchen, too! Another thing I love, especially with have two young kids, is how this community has its own small private pool attached to it. It’s always clean and well-equipped with linens, and I look forward to making more memories there with my family!

My family just spent 9 days in this Condo. This was by far the BEST vacation we have ever taken. The condo is laid out very well and is very spacious. All the bedrooms and baths are nice, but the master suite is fabulous. The view from the back porch and upstairs bedroom is beautiful. The kitchen is very equipped with anything and everything you would need for cooking and entertaining. The private pool is just steps away from the condo. We went every afternoon and were the only people in the pool. My 16 month old grandson loved the back porch and the pool. We saw lots of wildlife while there. Of course the deer, but we also saw dolphins and stingrays while on the beach. If you have never vacationed on Fripp Island, you need too!!! If you need a well-equipped, spacious, clean place to stay with beautiful views, I highy recommend this condo!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
