Surrounded by the marsh, you can slip your kayak into the creek at high tide. The 50 ft screened porch is a fun place to play cards, watch people riding by on the bike path, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail! Also, the great room has plenty of gathering space.
This home has an open floor plan and beautiful views of the marsh. The community pool is right across the street! This community also has a crabbing dock where you can view the beautiful sunsets. You have a prime seat for the July 4th fireworks on the bridge over the marsh!
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream! The golf cart needs to be picked up at Excursions in the Marina.
Also included with your rental are up to 8 guest cards, with a value of up to $400. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
