Once Upon a Tide is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo located on the north end of Fripp Island. For the owners, owning Once Upon a Tide is a lifelong dream and they think it is the perfect spot for your Fripp Island getaway! This first floor, ocean front condo offers incredible views of the changing tides, an open floor plan with new furniture, easy access to the beach, close proximity to golf (located on the 18th green of the Ocean Point golf course), an elevator, and a private pool with outdoor shower. A special bonus is a pocket door that transforms the guest bedroom and guest bathroom into a second private suite. Seven people can sleep comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit; the master has a queen bed, the second bedroom sleeps 3 with 2 twins and a trundle, there's also a pull out queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. TV's are in both bedrooms as well as the living room.
Also included with your rental are up to 7 guest cards, with a value of up to $350. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Stayed here July 2020 and really enjoyed it. The place was beautiful, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It's a great location with amazing views. The private pool was also very nice.
