It is centrally located near Island Bites, The Beach Club, the Olympic pool, the tennis and pickleball courts, and The Sandbar. The main floor has 2 master bedrooms with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and hallway access to a full bathroom. Each bedroom has a slider that opens up and allows for plenty of natural light. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen and a twin while the kids' bedroom has 1 full and 3 twins.

Front and back deck are newly renovated, completely redone in April of 2024. New deck furniture was added along with a new walkway and outdoor shower!
Features include Vizio smart TVs with high-speed wireless internet. This property is streaming only. Fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, icemaker in the fridge and full appliances including washer and dryer. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation.
