Located in an exceptionally quiet Fripp neighborhood, and yet only minutes from the Beach Club pools, tennis, fitness center, and restaurants. Easy access to the beach on the new boardwalk just a few feet away, to the glorious wide beach where you can enjoy swimming, walking, castle building, shelling, birding, fishing, and even biking on Fripp's firm sand.

Built to foster family reunions and accommodate multiple families while preserving privacy. Previous renters raved about our house saying it's the "Happiest house we have ever been in, the best designed, most comfortable beach house we have rented." Our "Happy House" boasts two decks and a screened porch, all ocean-side, for outdoor living and dining.

The updated kitchen is furnished with every possible cooking and dining need (if you don't find it, ask!). All rooms have been freshly and colorfully painted and decorated. "Happy House" rental includes free high-speed wireless internet access, Satellite TV in both living rooms, DVR upstairs, VCR downstairs, fireplace, Weber grill and propane grill, outside shower, and towels for the beach!

Accommodations: On the upper level overlooking the ocean, there is a large screened porch with a hammock and outdoor dining as well as a deck complete with lounge chairs. Inside you will find a master bedroom (with king bed) and bath with spectacular ocean views, a second bedroom (with queen bed) and bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.

On the garden level, there is another large living room complete with TV, DVD, and VCR, 3 day beds (plus a trundle), and a half bath. Two additional bedrooms (with king beds) share a newly renovated bathroom on the garden level. Each garden-level bedroom has sliding glass doors leading out to a very private patio with views of the dunes leading to the ocean.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Also included in your rental are up to 12 guest cards, a value of up to $600! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddleboard, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
