This recently updated and newly decorated house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The main floor has an open floor plan, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an attached laundry room and half bath. The dining area has seating for 6 (plus a 2-seater bar), and a comfortable living room featuring a 50" TV and high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is very well-stocked with all the necessities (and more) to make and serve your favorite meals.

The master bedroom is on the main floor. It has a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with granite counters, a tiled walk-in shower for 2, and a large closet. The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor with a shared hallway bath. The queen and twin bedrooms each have a tv, and the third is a small kids room off the twin room and has a full-sized futon bed with a top bunk.

After a long day at the beach, use the outdoor shower under the back deck for easy cleanup. Unwind on the screened back deck, which includes a ceiling fan, and table with comfortable chairs. It's a perfect place to enjoy that afternoon cocktail or morning coffee.

There's so much to enjoy on Fripp. The Audubon Trail is right across the street. Take a 5-minute walk to the Inlet wall and Ocean Point. Sit in the swing near the marina and watch spectacular sunsets in the evening. Try your luck at fishing off the pier or catching crabs off the crabbing dock. Load up the golf cart and head to the beach or take a ride around the island and enjoy watching the deer as they eat their dinner. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals) and can be picked up upon arrival at Excursions at the Marina.
