With a wall of windows there are views from all parts of the home's living and sleeping spaces. There's a curved porch off living space with a new grill and new high-end outdoor furnishings for entertaining, relaxing or just enjoying the peacefulness. There are several special seating rooms and covered porches to take in the serenity. Just steps away is the Pool, Beach Access, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grill.
The first floor Master Bedroom has a fireplace and en suite bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an office. The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has 3 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom of each. This room is large, has an en suite bath, private deck, and a new Xbox and Sony Play-station for entertainment. The house has tasteful art pieces throughout.

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms in the home. Truly one of the best views on the island.
Fripp is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to a large number of whitetail deer. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
Fripp Island is a gated island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. With two championship golf courses, five swimming pools, 10 tennis courts and a three-and-a-half-mile beach, Fripp is an unspoiled treasure. The island has a full-service marina, with water sports rentals are available.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!
Also included with your rental are up to 15 guest cards, with a value of up to $750. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

407 Ocean Point Ln - Memorial Week
This is a really nice spot , house is very nice set up. Views cannot be beat, literally feel like you are surrounded by water . Couple things: it would help to know that high tide you cannot access the beach which can be a lot of the time but again views are fantastic. Second, pls pls pls change the master mattress , such a shame to have a horrible nights sleep in this beautiful of a place. Last, this house needs a cookware set. I brought a pot and pan of my own JIC but if I didn’t , it would be hard to cook a meal here .

OMG....been going to Fripp for 15 years, and by far, best place we have ever stayed. Location...location...location... House was in pristine shape. Already booked for October of 2022. Nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the coast.....
