With a wall of windows there are views from all parts of the home's living and sleeping spaces. There's a curved porch off living space with a new grill and new high-end outdoor furnishings for entertaining, relaxing or just enjoying the peacefulness. There are several special seating rooms and covered porches to take in the serenity. Just steps away is the Pool, Beach Access, Ocean Point Golf Course and Ocean Point Grill. This home will comfortably accommodate 15 people and is now pet friendly! The perfect vacation home for a whole family getaway.
The first floor Master Bedroom has a fireplace and a newly renovated in 2024 en suite bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and an office. The third floor, known as the Bunk Room, has 3 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom of each. This room is large, has an en suite bath, private deck, and a new Xbox and Sony Play-station for entertainment. All bedrooms and living room have a Roku smart tv and Hargray Cable and High-Speed Wi-Fi. The house has tasteful art pieces throughout, and large windows in each bedroom overlooking the ocean. In the living room the back wall has wide windows too allow for a great view of the ocean. Hardwood floors throughout the home.

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed directly to the ocean, offering a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean from ALL bedrooms in the home. Truly one of the best views on the island.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island.

Also included in your rental are up to 15 guest cards, a value of up to $750! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.

407 Ocean Point Ln - Memorial Week
This is a really nice spot , house is very nice set up. Views cannot be beat, literally feel like you are surrounded by water . Couple things: it would help to know that high tide you cannot access the beach which can be a lot of the time but again views are fantastic. Second, pls pls pls change the master mattress , such a shame to have a horrible nights sleep in this beautiful of a place. Last, this house needs a cookware set. I brought a pot and pan of my own JIC but if I didn’t , it would be hard to cook a meal here .

OMG....been going to Fripp for 15 years, and by far, best place we have ever stayed. Location...location...location... House was in pristine shape. Already booked for October of 2022. Nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the coast.....
