Enjoy the best of both worlds in this 3BR/2.5BA home with an ocean view from the front, and golf/lagoon from the back. Located on the putting green and first tee of Ocean Point Golf Links, you can watch the golfers from the screened in porch or just enjoy the view of the lagoon. Only a short walk to the pool, beach access, and Ocean Point Grille. Being the first house in the subdivision it affords a private side yard with no neighbors.

The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen size bed with pillow topper, TV, and french doors to the screened in porch. The master bath has a double vanity with walk-in shower. There's plenty of room for dressing and hanging up clothes in this area. Upstairs to the left is another queen size bed with pillow topper, TV, and shared full bath with the 2 twin beds, with pillow toppers and a TV, in the room to the right.

This adorable house is nicely furnished, decorated, and has everything needed for a great vacation.

A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
