The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes an en suite bathroom with dual shower heads and a king bed with breathtaking ocean views. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has two queens with an en suite bathroom with a tub. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for easy access.

The home features include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an icemaker in the fridge. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to enjoy a taste of Lowcountry cooking. Entertainment includes 5 flush-mounted smart TVs in all bedrooms, living rooms, and lounge areas, with your favorite streaming applications and Samsung Live TV. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Guest Cards Included:
Up to 8 guest cards, worth up to $400, are also included in your rental. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market Liquor & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay: groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
