26 Sea Mist presents a charming two-story home conveniently situated just down the street from the Cabana Club Pool Complex, offering breathtaking views of Skull Inlet and Pritchard's Island.
Each bedroom boasts a private balcony and bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy. From the back decks overlooking the inlet, guests can enjoy frequent sightings of dolphins, shrimp boats, crabbers, and fishermen. The first floor features a king bed, while upstairs, the master bedroom offers another king bed, and there's an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed.
This is an ideal retreat for relaxation, equipped with high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and a fireplace for cooler evenings.
A 4-seat golf cart is provided with your rental (excluding monthly rentals), offering convenient transportation around the island. Many guests opt to park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart to explore the island's natural beauty and unique amenities.

Also included in your rental are up to 8 guest cards, a value of up to $400! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. We have stayed here multiple times, thru every season The location is perfect. Lovely oven views and breezes without the direct wind right on the beach. Every time we come there is some new upgrade. All the comforts of home are here. The fireplace is wonderful on chilly nights. The deck views are beautiful. Easily sleeps 10 as advertised. My grandkids live the bunk room. It’s just a great place for family gatherings. The owner even supplies the puzzles to keep you occupied on the rainy days. We all love returning to 26 SeaMist.

Perfect location
Have stayed here many times. House is lovely and the ocean views are spectacular. Walking distance to family pool and short golf cart ride to activity center and play ground.
